I grew up on a 200 acre dairy farm in rural Pennsylvania. At the time, I hated my life. None of my girlfriends had to do the yucky and hard work that I did, but now I appreciate it. It gave me a good work ethic and one I feel is lacking somewhat in today’s society. Here’s a picture of the farm from, I’m guessing here, the 1940’s. My grandparents purchased the farm and my dad was born in the main house in 1930!
