Popping in today to share my kitchen dressed up for Autumn. And, I’m featuring some of my favorite Mary & Martha items in this post – the Acts 2:46 Tea Towel that I framed, and the Grace & Gratitude Pitcher & Platter. I’ll post the links to these products below.
This year I decided to keep things simple in the kitchen and dining room and used mainly pumpkins and produce found at the local farmer’s market.
The flavors of fall – pumpkin, apple, pecan and more – can be summed up in one word – YUM!
Baby boo pumpkins fit perfectly on the window sill.
My vintage ironing board found a new home in the kitchen. I moved the antique bucket bench to a new space and will share that soon! The Acts 2:46 artwork is actually a tea towel from Mary & Martha. The tea towel is quite large at 25 x 29 1/4″. I ironed it and used a lightweight spray adhesive to attach it to a 24″ x 24″ artist canvas I picked up from Michaels. Then I made a simple wood frame with a 24″ x 24″ inch opening to fit the canvas. The tea towel artwork is by Lindsay Letters and if you look at the gorgeous art on their website, this is really quite a value for the size.
I picked up the blue Hubbard squash, Snow Ball pumpkin, and a pale green and cream gourd because I thought they looked so pretty together.
I’m sure I looked strange to the other shoppers as I held up various gourds and pumpkins to see which I liked the most!!!
Thanks for stopping by today to see my fall kitchen! I’ll be back soon to share the rest of my fall home – see you then!
