Birthday Giveaway – Six Gratitude Salad Plates

Saturday was my birthday!    It was a great day!  The hubs took me out to breakfast and we did some shopping together, which we hardly ever do!  And, then I did some Christmas decorating and listened to Christmas music.  In the evening, the kids had us over and surprised me with a trip to NYC later this week and tickets to Radio City Music Hall to see the Christmas Spectacular!  So, all in all, it was a pretty great birthday!  Last year I had a birthday giveaway and decided that I’d like to do this every year on my birthday!  It’s a way for me to “celebrate you” on my birthday!  I don’t say this often enough, so I will say it today – I’m so thankful for each and every person who visits my blog, signs up for my emails, leaves a comment, makes a DIY project or recipe I’ve shared .   .   .   It means the world to me!   Since my birthday fell on a Saturday this year, I decided to wait until today to share the birthday giveaway!   If you read my Thanksgiving tablescape post, then you have a pretty good idea of what I’m giving away!  It’s a set of six Teal Gratitude Salad Plates.

The stoneware plates have a pretty scalloped and beaded edge and say “Begin with giving thanks” in a gray print and then the “gratitude” lettering is embossed.  These pretty plates are from Mary and Martha, but sadly they are discontinued – so you won’t be able to add to this set if you do win.  But, a set of six is a good number for a small gathering.

These plates retailed for $18 each, so the value of this giveaway is $108!  Given the sentiment on the plates, they are perfect for Thanksgiving!
