You know that I’ve been loving green lately. From my green painted corner cabinet, to green plants, and even green textiles. These have been mainly a deeper green shade, but this spring I’ve been drawn to more pale shades of green as well. And, I collected some pieces that work well together for an easy green and white tablescape for spring or Easter.
Green and White Tablescape
table linens
Let’s begin with the pretty vintage tablecloth I found at the thrift store! It was so yellowed that it looked brown. But, I soaked it in my sink with some OxiClean and now it looks so pretty!
These ruffle edged napkins are so perfect for spring. I found them at HomeGoods, my go-to place for table linens! And, did you know that you can shop HomeGoods, TJ Maxx, and Marshall’s online now!
dinnerware
For plates, I’m using this vintage off white china that I also found at a local thrift store years ago. I love this pattern and I’m always on the lookout for pieces to add to my collection! Right now, I have 12 dinner plates and some cups and saucers.
I layered these pretty Jadeite salad plates on top of the vintage dinner plates and think they look so pretty. And, a great value too!
My inspiration for this green and white tablescape were these sweet light green and white floral bowls. These bowls are small, but perfect to hold fruit for an Easter brunch. They come in a set of three, but it seems like they have sold out rather quickly this spring. You could check to see if your local store has them in stock.
I love the vintage look of the green pressed glass tumblers. I found them at Macy’s and got them at an incredible sale price. Macy’s has some amazing sales!
EGG shell place card HOLDERS
For place cards, I made these little egg shell planters that are perfect for Easter! Make sure you crack your egg closer to the top and rinse the shell with hot water. You have time to save your egg shells anytime you use an egg from now until Easter!
Then, I went to my local greenhouse and picked up these tiny terrarium plants. I divided each plant in two and that. made them the perfect size for the egg shells! If you don’t have egg cups (I couldn’t find mine!!!), just use empty votive candle holders. You can pick up a whole pack of votive candles at The Dollar Tree. I tucked in a small piece of a pussy willow branch. I will glue a name tag to the branch as a cute little place card that your guest can take home!
centerpiece
Of course, my centerpiece is also green and white! But, if you wanted to do a pop of color, this would be where I would add that! I found this inexpensive glass vase at H&M online. It’s got a modern shape, but love the vintage green glass look!
The green and white shades of this tablescape are just perfect for any gathering you might have this spring season! Then, just add the eggshell planters with a name tag for your Easter dining table.

So fresh and pretty. What is the possible source for the bowls? I love your little egg planters and the tablecloth. What is that needlework called...pulled thread?
