Over the years I’ve made several different fall wreaths. Today, I’m sharing one of them that I originally shared here in 2016. It’s a wreath that was inspired by one that I saw at a local shop, but knew that I could make one! It’s this corn shock wreath.
I even made a video of how I made this wreath and you can see it by clicking on the link to the original post below. It’s super easy to make and you just need corn shocks, a metal wreath form, and a paddle of craft wire. I’m sharing this fun fall wreath today as part of this week’s Home and Decor Encore.
This week’s Home and Decor Encore posts include a yummy pumpkin cupcake recipe from Lori at The Stonybrook House, a Halloween Porch with Creepy Critters from Cristina at RemodelaCasa, tips for setting your Thanksgiving table from Laura of Duke Manor Farm, and a cornbread dressing recipe from Christy of Our Southern Home. I hope you’ll visit my friends, leave them a comment, or pin their project to your Pinterest board! Thank you, as always, for your support! Just remember to pin from the original blog post and not the images on this page. That way the pin directs to the proper blog post. To visit each post, just click on the BOLD TITLE above each photo below!
Next week is our last week of sharing fall ideas and then we’re moving onto . . . Christmas!!! Can you believe that in just over a week it will be the beginning of November! We all have a lot of Christmas projects, recipes, and decor in our blog archives, and we can’t wait to begin sharing them with you!
welcome to home and decor encore

That is such a neat unique wreath. I am in mid-Ohio and there is a LOT of dried corn on their stalks not too far from here! I just worry about bugs.
Now I keep hearing folks call them "corn shocks." We have always called them corn SHUCKS! (You know like shucking the corn - unwrapping it.) I wonder which one is right? Until this year I have never seen "shocks." Weird, huh?
Anyway hope you are having a fabulous weekend. Was warm yesterday but today has a chill to the again once again. (Very autumn-like today!)
