Foraging for Fall Decor

Have you started to decorate your home for the fall season? I’m still adding fall touches here and there in my home that I’m anxious to share with you next week! If you’re a regular reader here, you know that I love to look to nature to inspire my decor. And, in the fall there is so much inspiration to be found outdoors! So, today lets talk about about foraging for fall decor!

Foraging, or searching for, items to decorate your home for fall isn’t very difficult if you live in a rural area like Lancaster County, Pennsylvania! But, if you don’t, you can find great things at your local grocery store or big box store too! Cornshocks, mums, and pumpkins are the obvious choices. But, think outside the box and you’ll find lots of options you can use in your fall home.

In 2016 I used some unique, foraged items for my Fall Home Tour. And, I’m sharing that post for today’s Home and Decor Encore. I hope that this post will encourage you to look around outdoors to see what you could possibly use to decorate your home for fall. And, be sure to check out all of the other posts from my friends below! Just click on the BOLD title above each photo to visit the original post!

Hi, I'm always interested in your posts but they get lost among the others that appear. Can we just do one of yours alone, please? This post seemed to be missing some content, was it just very brief or did I miss clicking on the link? Thanks, have a great day and I'll be checking back for more!

Hi, Dianne

Each Friday is Home and Decor Encore and you need to click the BOLD title above each photo to see the post. It's all explained in the blog post. And, it's really the only day that there are several things shared in one post. I hope this explains it better.
