Teacup Succulents & Mother’s Day Sale

May 3, 2014 by Hymns and Verses 7 Comments

Happy Friday!  Here’s a quick and easy weekend project for you!  I found some tiny succulents at a local greenhouse and just had to bring them home!  Once home, I began to look around the house for something to plant them in.  I finally decided on vintage ironstone teacups – simple, and a bonus – they fit on my kitchen windowsill!
They had several varieties.  Here are the three I chose.
Aren’t they super cute!
Now for the Sale!
In honor of Mother’s Day – I’m having an Etsy shop sale beginning today thru Monday, May 5.  All items in stock will be 25% off!  Use coupon code MOM25 at the Etsy checkout!   I can ship directly to Mom or Grandma – just leave a note in the comments section with the correct address.  I’ve also created a Mother’s Day card to enclose if you wish.
Here are a few ideas.

Your succulents caught my eye over on Hometalk, so I had to stop over and say what a lovely idea this is and I've shared it. Have a wonderful day!

I lack the green thumb and i've killed many plants sadly…I do love succulents and currently have some inside my house in terracotta pots. I love the idea of the tea cups, I have one question though don't they need proper drainage? I have also seen plants in mason jars and ask myself the same question…
