I named my blog Hymns and Verses because I’m often inspired by the lyrics in music or verses from the Bible or a quote from a piece of well known literature! Mostly, I incorporate these ideas into my home decor. But, today I’m sharing a new necklace that was inspired by the Christmas song, Winter Snow.
Have you heard this song? It’s beautiful! And, since hearing it earlier this year, I haven’t been able to get it out of my head! It keeps replaying over and over – in a good way! If you haven’t heard this beautiful song, Winter Snow by Audrey Assad, here’s a short video. This version is with Chris Tomlin and featured on his Glory in the Highest Christmas album.
Isn’t it beautiful! So, here’s what I created as a reminder of the lyrics from this song.
WINTER SNOW NECKLACE
The necklace features a 30″ antique silver chain with a lobster claw clasp. The large pinecone charm is gorgeous and full of detail. Dangling from the large pinecone charm is a smaller snowflake charm. I don’t often share photos of myself here, but I wore the necklace to church on Sunday and we had our first winter snow! So, I had to take a little selfie when I got home to show you how the necklace falls when wearing a bulky winter sweater!
I love this necklace so much! And, I have a limited quantity of them available for sale in my Etsy shop in time for Christmas gift giving! Of course, I had to make the packaging special.
The necklace is packaged in a black box with cotton and comes with a wood snowflake ornament. The card with the Winter Snow song lyrics, shown above, is also tucked inside the box. And, the box is tied up with a pretty bow – all ready for gifting!
So, you get a necklace, plus a snowflake ornament that you can hang as is, or you could write a name or date on the snowflake with a paint pen. Whatever you decide – it’s yours! I worked hard to source the best materials and still be able to keep this piece affordable! The price for this necklace gift is just $15! I did have to increase the shipping charge to $8 for Priority Mail, because I actually lost money in shipping with the acorn necklace that I sold in the fall. So, that brings the total price for the necklace to $23!
How to Order
I hope you like this necklace as much as I do! You can order the necklace by following the link below! The necklaces will ship out next Monday, December 2 via Priority Mail small box. So, you’ll have it in plenty of time for gifting or to wear yourself leading up to Christmas! And, even though this necklace was inspired by a Christmas song, you can wear this piece all winter long!
