DIY He Has Risen Banner for Easter

Happy Friday!  For today’s Home and Decor Encore post, I’m sharing an Easter project from 2016!  This “He Has Risen” banner is easy to make with my step by step tutorial and the supplies can be gathered on a quick trip to Walmart! 

 

And, the wording on this banner is simply traced using the printable template that is in my Free Printable Library!   So easy!  I even show you how to make the little tassel!  It’s not too late to do a quick craft that celebrates our Risen Savior on Easter Sunday!
